Keith Underwood received his Master’s Degree from the Yale School of Music in 1976. He has appeared frequently with the New York Chamber Symphony, the New York Philharmonic, the Orpheus Ensemble and the Orchestra of St. Luke’s. Renowned as a teacher, Mr. Underwood’s students are flutists with America’s major orchestras including the Cleveland Orchestra, the Atlanta Symphony and the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra. On the faculty at the Mannes School of Music, Mr. Underwood also gives master classes at the Juilliard School, The Manhattan School of Music and the Eastman School of Music.
